A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 applies to all orders unless otherwise stated during a promotion.

2. Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information (where available) to monitor your delivery.

4. Non-Refundable Shipping Charges

Please note that shipping charges (PKR 350) are non-refundable, even if an order is returned, cancelled after dispatch, or refused upon delivery.

5. Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delivery delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
